• My Stay Planner
  When you book you will have access to My Stay Planner which has important and useful information for your holiday.
• Swimming Pool
  Our superb indoor heated swimming pool is a huge favourite with all our guests. Heated to 29.5 degrees, our 10m x 5m pool is 4' 2" deep throughout, and has changing and shower facilities. The time slot booking system ensures that you have the luxury of the pool to yourselves during your session. Perfect for that revitalising swim or just for pure indulgence! Each of our holiday cottages has it's own key. Please note that, for the benefit of all guests: no lone swimming; and, all infants under 2 years must wear a swimming nappy under a neoprene swimsuit.
  
  Our guests always tell us we have a fantastic swimming pool. But we are always trying to improve, so we have installed UV treatment of the swimming pool water. Without going into the science, this improves the quality of the water and improves your bathing experience! In addition, using UV is environmentally friendly as chlorine in the pool is significantly reduced. Better for you and better for the environment. That's a win win!
  
  The swimming pool is available from the start of Easter school holidays to end of October half term, Christmas and New Year. Please note that Easter and October half term school holidays do vary from school to school so please do contact us to check early Easter or late October pool availability. Please do also enquire if open for February half term.
• WiFi 
  Free WiFi internet access is available in every holiday cottage. Great for researching all of Cornwall including the local areas of St Austell, Fowey, Charlestown, Bodmin and Bodmin Moor.
• Games Room
  Our games room has table tennis, table football, air hockey and a dedicated area for our younger guests of 5 and under with a playhouse, play-table and toys.
• Animals
  There are ducks and hens for you to meet.
• Grassed Play Area
  Grassed play area for children to play for various fun activities including football, cricket, netball, badminton and volleyball.
• Nest Swing
  There’s a large nest swing with rubber safety mats.
• Play Tower
  We have a really solid wooden, play ground standard, play tower with slide, swings, climbing wall and net. There are rubber safety mats all around!
• Trampoline
  Large Trampoline equipped with safety net - funtastic! Available from Easter to the end of October. For guests aged 3 and over only.
• Vehicle and Boat Play
  Children and parents love to play in the brightly coloured Tom the Tractor and Dennis the Land Rover Defender. Climb aboard our super play boat too. All great for role play.
• Tumble Dryer, Book Library, Beach Equipment
  Tumble drying facilities, a book library and beach equipment are located centrally.
• Grocery Delivery
  Why not get your groceries delivered for you on arrival. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda and Waitrose all deliver.
